We are a payroll and accountancy provider based in Altrincham, Cheshire. We are looking for a friendly, driven and enthusiastic person to join our Management Accounts department to maintain ledgers daily and match cash received from agencies with payments made to contractors.
Close to public transport for easy travel to Manchester and other town centres
As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Performing regular bank reconciliations.
- Matching payroll reports to BACS and Faster Payments made. Providing an explanation for any variances between the two.
- Working closely with the Invoicing Team over ageing of invoices that have not been run through payroll, ensuring credit notes are raised where appropriate.
- Maintaining cashbook for posting entries for Management Accounts purposes.
- Ensuring transactional information recorded in bespoke application is posted to Sage 200 on a daily basis.
