Based in the Institute of Health & Society, you will work within the Health Psychology Group led by Dr Falko Sniehotta. The focus of your work will be on behavioural and public health research, in particular, on the process evaluation of the ‘Formative evaluation of the First Wave of the national implementation of the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme’, which is funded by the School for Public Health Research. You will also be expected to contribute to other behavioural and public health research as agreed with line management. The work will include undertaking reviews, qualitative and quantitative research, including workshop and contribution to publications. You will be able to demonstrate excellent critical, writing and methodological skills.
You will hold a first degree in psychology or public health related discipline.
You should be capable of managing multiple demands on your time and able to work independently.
This is a 0.8FTE post (29.6 hours per week) post is available immediately ending on 31st March 2017.
