We are working with a highly entrepreneurial, rapidly growing managed service provider in North London. They seek a results focused, 2nd Line Engineer who can be effective within a customer focused environment and expanding network.

About the role:
Due to the continued success of the company, they are looking for a 2nd Line Service Delivery Engineer with team leading experience who has a broad understanding of VMware, Exchange and Citrix/Xenapp. The successful candidate will work hands-on in a customer facing environment on BAU and potential project work, and will have a progression plan into a service delivery position.

Required skills and experience:

• Windows 2003-12
• Exchange 2003-13
• Active Directory Administration
• VMware, Xenserver or HyperV
• Citrix/Xenapp / Xendesktop
• MS SQL
• MCSE/MCIPT and/or CCA certified
• Team leading/management

Desired skills and experience:

• SRM or DRS
• Linux skills
