Following a recent and, successful recruitment campaign, Rhino Products is seeking another self-motivated, articulate and customer focussed person to join our Sales & Customer Services Team, based at our HQ in Deeside, North Wales.With a competitive starting salary of £17,000 per annum + benefits, working Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm, your main duties will be to process customer orders and respond to customer service queries and complaints.
As Sales & Customer Services Coordinator your main responsibilities will be:
·Process customer orders accurately and efficiently utilising the internal systems, keeping customers updated with any issues which may result in delay of despatching their orders
·Process customer orders to despatch department, utilising internal systems
·Respond to incoming customer service calls and emails, ensuring these are answered promptly
·Organise and process requests from customers to return goods, in line with internal company policies and procedures
·Liaise with customers who have a potential warranty claim, issue claims form and instigate internal review by Quality Department, communicate findings to customer
·Maintain accurate database’s and customer records
·Conduct outbound Customer Satisfaction / Survey calls as directed
·Review new products and maintain knowledge to ensure accurate advice and information is provided to customers
·Update customer online EDI systems when necessary
·Proactively seek to resolve customer complaints quickly, ensuring a successful and appropriate resolution
To be considered for the role of Sales & Customer Services Coordinator, you MUST be able to demonstrate:
·Experience of undertaking high volume of data entry and answering a high volume of customer service calls
·The ability to work effectively within a team to ensure completion of tasks
·Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally
·Demonstrate a courteous and professional telephone manner
·Ability to prioritise a changing workload, completing tasks by set deadlines
·Maintain a calm and professional approach when working under pressure in a very busy and fast paced environment
